The series is issued 4 times a year (starting from 2013) and presents publications on major research works in the fields:

physiology (specialties: physiology, immunology, cell biology, cytology, histology, neurobiology);

medical and prevention sciences (specialties: occupational medicine, human anatomy, medical and social assessment and rehabilitation);

medical and biological sciences (specialties: aviation, space and maritime medicine; clinical immunology; clinical laboratory diagnostics; rehabilitation medicine; sports medicine; balneology and physical therapy).

In 2014, the journal published 55 research and review articles.

In 2015, the journal published 48 research and review articles.

The aims and scope of Journal of Medical and Biological Research:

Providing an opportunity to scholars to publish their findings;
Highlighting the most relevant, interesting and promising areas of humanities and social sciences;
Exchange of academic information in the international academic space.

All the articles published in the journal are in open access.
